Mouse and Keyboard Recommendation
Mar 6th, 2007 by phil
My 7 year old Apple Pro keyboard died yesterday and I went to BestBuy to get a new one. All of the keyboards there were wireless and came with a mouse. Gone are the days when you can buy a simple wired keyboard. I don’t really care to have a profusion of novelty buttons on the keyboard and I have grown of of the phase where I preferred keyboards that look like a topographic map of the Andes.
Anyway, I bought a Microsoft Wireless Laser Desktop 6000 even though it was spendy because I liked the keyfeel. I have grown fond of the keyboard on my G4 PowerBook and recently have found it difficult to adapt to desktop keyboards. This new keyboard feels a lot like the keyboard on my PowerBook. After using it for a couple of days I really love it. The mouse is nice and responsive (no lag!) and the keyboard is just right.
